A universal fact of life is that we cannot act positively and lovingly while choosing to be selfish in that same moment. When selfish, our most basic intention is to control, get-for-self, and destroy good. Depending on the degree to which parents are choosing to be selfish, they can wreak mental and emotional havoc on their unborn babies and infants who are extremely sensitive, perceptive, aware, and vulnerable.
